Deskletics™ is a fundraising and workplace well-being initiative used to promote physical activity, mental health & positive interactions, while raising funds for charitable causes.
It can be used to replace negative habits such as smoking, or raiding the biscuit tin, with simple exercises to improve health and well-being.
Participants engage in 30 different activities designed by health & fitness specialists at Don’t Tone Alone CIC, who will support each organisation to optimise their use of Deskletics™.
All activities are inclusive and involve elements of mindfulness, physical activity, and healthy eating practices over a 3-week period.
Participants can be divided into teams & are encouraged to upload pictures and comments to a dedicated live news feed.
Individuals compete for points, which are uploaded onto the Deskletics™ leader board.
Unlike most fundraising initiatives, because Deskletics™ uses an inclusive approach, it engages a greater number of people to create larger financial return on investment.
All programme costs are recovered through fundraising, which means there is no financial risk to the organisations we work with.
Deskletics™ will raise awareness of your chosen cause, while creating positive health behaviours amongst your community.
